The High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is seeking applications for the position of Law Clerks (Trainee) for the year 2023. The selected candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis for one year on 32 posts, with a fixed honorarium of Rs. 25000/- per month.
Eligible candidates can apply applications from fresh Law Graduates who are between the age of 21 years to 26 years as on 01.07.2022. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official website of the High Court. The Law Clerks (Trainee) position provides an excellent opportunity for young law graduates to gain experience in the legal profession. The selected candidates will work closely with Hon’ble Judges and Senior Advocates and assist them in legal research, drafting, and other legal matters.

1. Three Years’ Professional/Five Years Integrated Degree in Law from any Law College or recognized University throughout the country.2. Computer knowledge, i.e., Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operations. (Knowledge of computer is mandatory.)3. Candidates who have appeared in LL.B. (Final Year) Examination and are awaiting results may also apply. Only those Law Graduates who have scored not less than 55% marks in their LL.B. examination are eligible to apply for the post of Law Clerks (Trainee). |
